Accomodations

Check-in will begin on Thursday night. 

The majority of our activities will be focused on the 4-H barn and show pen. 

Empty stock trailers must be parked in the asphalt parking Lot 2 across from the show pen (see map). No overnight camping will be permitted in this parking lot or in Lot 1. 

For fairgrounds stall reservations outside of our check-in times, please contact the WCVA for overnight accommodations:  www.openstalls.com  You will need to create an account and search for "Winnemucca Overnight (non-event)", reservations will be available beginning July 10th.

Camping is allowed and full hook-ups are available in addition to dry-camp options. For camping reservations at the fairgrounds, please use www.openstalls.com You will need to create an account and search for "Winnemucca Overnight (non-event)", reservations will be available beginning July 10th.

Winnemucca has several hotels with suitable accommodations. Please use your favorite search engine or reach out to us for a recommendation. As of the date the website was launched, no host hotel has been identified.
